Delivery, Click and Collect, Returns
Between 14th and the 19th July 2025 we will be unable to process orders. Any orders placed during this time will be packed on the 20th July
Delivery
We aim to despatch all goods within 48 hours of receiving.
We mainly use Royal Mail for small and medium sized parcel. This service usually takes around 3 days. If you are in a hurry do get in touch before placing your order and we will try to help.

- £5.50 Order up to £150.00
- £16 Orders over £150.00
Click and Collect - FREE!
IMPORTANT: Changes to Click and Collect
Now the shop is closed our click and collect option will now be available within 72 hours of ordering (excluding weekends)
- Choose Pickup option during checkout on our website
- When we have packed your order you will receive an email from us (please check your junk folder)
- We will contact you via phone if possible to arrange a convenient collection time.
Current Collection times
Our shop is now permanently closed. We will contact you for a convenient time to collect. For speed please give a telephone number when placing your order.
Returns Policy
Purchases made online can be cancelled up to 14 days after receipt of your order. Postage for returning items is paid by the customer. This does not apply to damaged goods which will be replaced. Please contact us before returning any item.
Items bought in store cannot be refunded sorry
Exchanges
We are sorry we are unable to exchange any items. This is because we are a small shop with only a few lines of each item. We will often have already replaced the item you have bought. This is particularly the case at Christmas when we have bought specifically for Christmas and will be unlikely to be able to re-sell items during the rest of the year. Please contact us if you are very unhappy though and we will do our best to help.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Online Orders: Please advice within 24 hours of receiving your goods if they are damaged to hello@maysparlour.co.uk. with accompanying photographs. We can then exchange your item. If your goods are faulty then you have 30 days for a full refund. Please do not return until you have contacted us. We can only refund postage charges pre-authorised by us.
Shop purchases: Please advise us within 7 days of purchase if your goods are faulty. If you cannot return the goods during this time please telephone us or email.
