Making Space in the Parlour

Making Space in the Parlour

What a time we have had making room for Christmas. It seems to lead to a big old sort out and we have to admit quite a bit of dust and a few tears. But now the Christmas show is now firmly underway with lots of our decorations now on display in "Christmas Corner." We have a feeling that Christmas corner may well be spreading out quite soon though. There has been a lot of press about the supply of things at Christmas and we wouldn't usually get embroiled in such wordly things but we did want to say this... The individuals and...

Ready when you are!

Ready when you are!

This is a quick note to say as from April 12th we will be open again. We very much look forward to seeing you all again . The times they are a changing ....

We consider ourselves very fortunate at this time, not only to live where we do but also to have such good support around us. Which keeps us buoyant even on days when we don't feel that way. For those who live near to The Parlour you will be familiar with the other local businesses that are dotted in and around Whaley Bridge. They have all been affected one way or another. We are delighted but not surprised that many have turned around their way of doing business so rapidly, in some cases, literally overnight. Here are a few of them....
