About Us
After falling in love with our house on the riverbank we moved in here during April 2015. Built in the 1920's the quirky building had been a bank for much of its life. So we took the plunge and reopened it's doors as May's Parlour. The Parlour is full of exquisite, extraordinary, beautiful and funny things made by individuals and companies that really care.

Situated in Whaley Bridge on the very edge of the scenic countryside of the High Peak. We have the best of both worlds with the shop at the front and the Randall Carr Brook with ducks and kingfishers weaving through our garden at the back.

If you are in the area please do call in, where you are most welcome to sniff, stroke, squeeze and taste the real mixture of traditional and quirky treats.

Our online store is open 24/7 and we invite you to look at all of the treats we have in the shop.

Visit us
You will find our little shop on the Buxton Road junction with Macclesfield road. It is about a 10 minute stroll from the centre of Whaley Bridge town. (A nice walk through the Memorial Park,  just turn right if you are coming out of the train station)
We don't have our own parking but there are designated parking bays opposite just outside the Post Office.
