Click & Collect, Delivery Info, Returns Policy

Click and Collect - FREE!

  • Choose Pickup option during checkout on the website
  • We try to get your order ready the same day if you order before 11.00am if we can, but just drop us a line if you are in a hurry.
  • When we have packed your order you will receive an email from us (usually the same day, please check your junk folder) about collection instructions 
  • Current collection times are 3.00pm- 4.30pm weekdays and 10am-12pm Saturdays (other times by arrangement)

Note about UK Delivery
We aim to despatch all goods within 48 hours of receiving.
We mainly use Royal Mail  for small and medium sized parcels as most orders are being received within a day or two, but to save disappointment please order in good time to allow a few extra days.

  • £4.95 Orders up to £49.99 
  • £15 Orders over £50  
  • Bulky or Heavy items, ask for quote

Returns Policy
Purchases made online can be cancelled up to 14 days after receipt of your order.  Postage for returning items is paid by the customer. This does not apply to damaged goods which will be replaced. Please contact us before returning any item.
Items bought in store cannot be refunded or exchanged. Items ordered through Click and Collect cannot be refunded. Please check your order on collection.

We are sorry we are unable to exchange any items. This applies to items bought in the shop. This is because we are a small shop with only a few lines of each item. We will often have already replaced the item you have bought. This is particularly the case at Christmas when we have bought specifically for Christmas and will be unlikely to be able to re-sell items during the rest of the year. Please contact us if you are very unhappy though and we will do our best to help.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
Please advice within 24 hours of receiving your goods if they are damaged  to hello@maysparlour.co.uk. with accompanying photographs. We can then exchange your item. If your goods are faulty then you have 30 days for a full refund. Please do not return until you have contacted us. We can only refund postage charges pre-authorised by us.
